I teach you to regulate your nervous system, deeply relax, and detox 'old emotions' by guiding your consciousness home within the body and creating a safe space for healing. I do this through various methods. At the heart of each session, my intention is the same: for you to feel freer than you did before our session began.

I am a holistic healer and teacher with an extensive educational background. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Teaching Special Education, I am a 200-hour trained Kripalu Yoga Teacher, a Reiki Master, a Sound Healer, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and more. I followed a traditional educational route, but I couldn’t squelch my curiosity for the holistic healing arts. I spent a few years bound to a desk with an inner knowing I was supposed to be doing something else. In my free time, I found myself studying or teaching mind-body practices, which sparked such great joy in me that I took the leap to do this work full-time and never looked back.

When working with me, you will find that you can just be yourself. I provide a non-judgmental space that gives you the freedom to be who you are. As a healer, I want to empower you in your process. The healing arts are not so much about the one who is guiding you to heal as they are about recognizing the inner healer in you. Think of me as your healing guide.
