Private yoga sessions are for individuals looking for additional support in learning yoga or for small groups that would like a private class.
I highly recommend private sessions to students that would like to set a goal for their yoga practice. I have worked with students that struggle in traditional yoga class and teach them how to adapt their yoga practice to meet their needs.
